I am selling my 1981 Audi Coupe GT with a 1987 Audi 5000 turbo motor swap in it on Ebay. The car's wiring is unfinished as I don't have the time to finish it. But the motor was rebuilt and ran good before we swapped it in. The is in good condition body wise with only one spot of rust on it (top fender). The turbo spins perfect and all the main work to get the motor in was already done, only thing needed is time to wire it and finish up mounting the intercooler, rad and other misc. parts to get it going. Check it out and bid on it if you are interested. I live in northeastern Pa.

http ://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180005046812</a

Latrobe, PA. e-mail me a price that you will let it go for. 2 of my friends just picked up 3 CGTs with the intention of turboing 2 of them. This would save them some time.

I grew up in Bangor, and went to Lehigh for undergrad...
if I were still up there and didn't already pick up and start rebuilding the motor I have, I'd be tempted to snag that puppy... hmmm, if the price is right

The motor is a 87 2.2 with a K26 KKK Turbo, the wheels are Konig 15" rims I forget the styles name though. The car was painted by Smitty's in Easton about 7 years ago, he restored the little bit of rust on the underside of the door section on the driver side where previous jackass owner jacked it up right on the side rails to work on it and ruined the metal. But it was totally replaced with the original OEM parts from Audi Germany, took 2 months to get that section new from the company back then. The drivers side fender was replaced with a new one also back then it was pushed in. The color of the car was Federal Blue. The tranny is from a 85 CGT 5 speed and the rest of the engine and all mechanicals are from the 87 5000 Turbo.
