Default WUR On 86 4000s

My 4000s currently does not have a WUR. Is it supposed to, and if so what is the part number for it.

Thank you

I am not sure. Its a rectange shaped valve on the drivers side of the engine block that increases the fuel to the to the mixture while the engine is warming up.

Warm Up Regulator AKA Control Pressure Regulator
It richens the mixture during the warm up stage of the motor, and on turbo motors richens the mixture under boost.
I don't think the 86 4 cylinder has it. I know the 85-87 non turbo motors don't have it.

If there's a gray plastic block attached to the fuel distributor with wires going to it, then you have CIS-E which doesn't use the CIS WUR.
