I finally got the time and the mind-set to look under my poor Audi. I found the primary filter and the pump and accumulator. One issue, I don't want all the gas on my face and I really don't wanna drain the tank. Any suggestions? Another thing, NOPI is selling a Bosch pump for only $209! That's a deal compared to anything else I've seen. Oh, has anyone bought those brake rotors and pads advertised in the BLAU place? Here's the link that I used at the bottom. Are they actually better in stopping performance and stuff? They look good for the price and they advertise them as being the shizznit, ya know? Hit me back soon-like my fellow Audi people!![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Get a clamp to put on your fuel line from the tank, there will still be moderate gas spillage since there is about a cup or two in the filters and lines.
If you're sure you need a fuel pump make sure the place you order from knows audis and will get you the correct part. I've ordered from these guys plenty of times. http://www.gprparts.com/OEMParts/audi.asp
As far as I can tell from your link you're looking at upgrading the rear brakes? If that's so then I'd stick with stock or cheap, your rear brakes only provide about 20% of the actual stopping power. If your serious about braking and your brakes are in decent shape look at investing in some high performance tires, there is nothing else that will make a bigger difference.<ul><li><a href="http://www.gprparts.com/OEMParts/audi.asp">http://www.gprparts.com/OEMParts/audi.asp</a</li></ul>

have enough room to shove a bolt up in the hose.
I use a pair of vice grips to clamp the hose, and a lug bolt works perfectly to plug it!

When I did the fuel lines on my CGT I went the vice grip way. Clamped those suckers on tight and then plugged the rest of the line. Rocket also has a good idea. Some gas is bound to come out, so have something to catch it in. Good luck on the r&r of the fule pump and filter. I couldnt get the originals off of my car. The Canadian Winters have almost welded the connectors together with rust.

they carry Pierburg's which according to some are more reliable than Bosch for $175 new. I got one from them new off of ebay for $109. The only fitment issue is you need to splice the wire ends as the Pierburg uses a different wire nut (short wire with shrink wrap is provided in the box). They have one on Ebay today for a buy it now price of $149...<ul><li><a href="http://www.800allaudi.com/">http://www.800allaudi.com/</a</li></ul>
