Polished combustion chambers

This was my first time doing any headwork. the only part I did was the polishing. It would have cost money if he did it. Anyway, all I did was run an 80 grit flapper wheel over them. I managed to avoid hitting the valve seats the whole time. Yes!! I rule! I of course did the polishing before the seats were cut. I also polished the exhaust ports. This guy that did all the machining is a great guy, he is always showing me new things and helping me understand how things work. And the best part is, he's owned a few Audi's. The 86 5k s I used to have I bought from him. I asked him the other day if he would ever buy another audi? He said no He said he just got tired of the constant maintenence. I told him if it was'nt for the constant maintenence, I would be bored as hell. He did not share my views.
