My car has an intermitant high idle condition. Today I cleaned the isv & tested with a 9 volt battery, made a click sound but the plunger didn't move(try both polarities also) but its not frove up because I can move the plunger manually. Now my car takes forever to idle down. Which screw is the idle speed screw, the one that faces you in front of the intake down in a boss or is it a stop with a nut on the side by the cable? Screwing "in" the front screw does make it idle lower. Ive heard unplugging isv connection should do something to idle???? HELP!!!

Maybe a non-relevant point, but are you running air of any sort? the climate control uses a mix of cool and hot which increases idle to accomodate power drain.
