100 hood adjustment

The windshield end of my hood on the passenger side is raised a few mm and is not as flush as it should be.

How can I adjust down a bit so that it closes flush with rest of the body?

Remember it has to clear the wipers ...

I don't believe there is any adjustment to height, check the hinges and bolts.
