1990 A100 WILL NOT START
I've put a new battery in as the other one had been charged to death. There is power and when I turn the key the engine will not turn over. It usually only did this when it rained outside but now it's carried over to more favorable days. Does anybody have any suggestions as to where I should start first? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: 1990 A100 WILL NOT START
I assume by not turn over you mean no crank? or crank and no start?
No crank:
Check for voltage to the starter on the silinoid (small wire with push on spade connector) that wire tends to crack bad.
have someone try to crank it and hold the key in the start position while you check it just be careful
if you have voltage, try cleaning the connection
if you dont have voltage, suspect the ignition switch
