1990 v8 front bumper removal

Does anyone have description/photos of removing the front bumper? The manual is not to helpful as to the location of all the fasteners!The end result is to get at the front of the engine (pumps pulleys etc.

I'M not a V8 guy but are the fasteners allen socket head bolts under bumper facing up usually behind small round covers that pop out with a flathead screwdriver. I think they are 8mm.

There are six nuts which holds the front bumper (three on each side).

So... the bumper is just the three bolt on each post?
How is it fixed on the sides (where the above photo shows), The book says when replacing it there is a self adhesive pad(?!)Nothing about how to "unstick" it.

The bumper has a female "key" that slide into the black plastic part that is attached to the fender show in that picture. there are only a few screws (small) that connect the edges otherwise.

Actually figured it out when we removed the inner wheel arches.
We had not removed them before as it was on ramps not stands.
Next stupid question.... how do the headlight wiper arms come off?
Don't want to break'em !
BTW the final goal is replacing the power steering pump.
