Default 1990 V8Q Power Door Locks have become inop

I just checked fuse #19 (10 amp) and it is ok., I check for any relays in the passenger footwell (none). . . any ideas as to what would all the sudden cause the central doorlock system to become inop?

Thank you,

Rein

No, neither locking either front door makes anything happen.

They were working fine just 3 days ago . . . but . . . kaboink!

I can get all the doors to unlock from the passenger side only after the drivers door has been manually locked. After this, I cannot relock all the doors unless I go over and manually lock the drivers door first then the passenger door (which will lock the remaining three doors and the trunk).

So that is my trouble.

I look forward again to your help. With 255K+ on the clock, the Second Law of Thermodynamics is playing an ongoing role in maintaining this car.

Default So you eather have a vacume hose that is buggered on the driver side...

...or the actuator has a leak.
I'd put a small amount of air through the line & check to hear if it's leaking.
