Default 5000 S Engine/Transmission Removal
Just wondering if the engine and transmission can be removed as a unit. I picked up a parts car with running engine and transmission and would like to swap them. Both are 2.2L Non-Turbo, Non-Quattro 1986 vehicles. Seems easier than swapping the transmissions on the two vehicles.

Do I need to remove the bumper and radiator supports?

Default They can be pulled together.
Remove the bumper and front support may need to drop the subframe too.
