I have a 1983 5000 turbo diesel. The injector pump is leaking. I found an 84 5000 turbo diesel with a good pump. Are the pumps interchangeable?

069 130 108 BX for 83, 84

it shows BX or AX for '82

so im going to assume theyre all interchangeable

I greatly appreciate the info and the quick response. The '84 pump is from a wrecker and he's asking $380 for it. Any advice on purchasing the pump or getting the leaky one fixed? I heard fixing these pumps costs much more since it's complicated work. Any advice on this? Thanks.

for an old used item at least. ill take a look at the cost of seals and stuff later on,
