The headlight adjusters on my 5000 S seem to break if you even breath on them. Is there some sort of secret to keeping them alive? A source that sells them that are a bit tougher?
Now I've got an 89 100 that has the same headlamps and the same issue. If these things were cheap, it wouldn't matter. It seems like every other year I'm dumping another $50 in adjusters.

Or put a WTB ad on Audifans marketplace for a pair of H-4 non turbo Euro lights.
I had busted one of my H-4 Euros ages ago on my ol 87 5ksq & put a WTB on AF marketplace & had a bunch of listers get back to me.
You might wanna put "Bosch" in the WTB ad. True Bosch H-4 Euro's are better than the Import Vision ones... but the IPV ones are surprisingley good quality.
Then all you would need to do is make a wireing harness for the Euro's using 10/12G wire, a few relays, some Female, eyelit & but connectors, fuses, Electric tape or shrink wrap to cover the connectors, & a length of wire sheeth to cover up the wires going to the d-side light.
You can get the power from under the jump start post... some have got power from the Alt body.. but I like the jump start post. Just bath the post in PB Blaster, or the like to loosen up the crud.
