'88 audi 5000s quattro-master cylinder bleeding need help

i just acquired an 88 audi 5000s quattro and have found it a wonderful car. however, i do have a problem with the brakes. i have a bad master cylinder and need any instructions/tips that anyone has.

that is bleeding? If mc, I bought a cheap rebuilt from Autozone that works just fine. Pretty easy to self install.
If Pentosin reservoir (hydraulic brake & P/S assist) that is over flowing, then it is the pump that has has gone bad. Pump will need to be replaced.

I cut the tube across, clamped one end closed, clamped the other end to the brake reservoir. Pump up the tube, you have gentle pressure on your reservoir. Bleed, check reservoir, refill reservoir and tube as needed. I used a latex tube I had handy, better with a heavy-duty rubber tube for more pressure. It didn't have nearly enough pressure for my Landcruiser, but my several synchros and quattro and several brother's quattros benefited from the invention.
