Went to the mechanic and found that the fuel distribuitor (where the the tubes start for the fuel injectors) gives a low pressure on one of the fuel injectors. He showed me with the finger on the hole. Also when he pull the spark plug connector from one of the cilinders there was no difference in the motor running. What do you think I should do? He said that might be the membrane inside that went bad. The problem is that it cost too much money to fix at the mechanic (he wants to replace it) Any tips?

There is nothing but a metal diaphragm and some O-rings in there IIRC. It is rare for them to fail.
Try swapping the fuel lines first. Maybe the problem is with the injector or line?
I've heard of mechanics wanting to replace the CIS head too many times and after it was done the problem remained. It usually indicates a guy who doesn't know as much as he should about the cars and the CIS system.
Check the spark plug for spark. If it is sparking then the problem is fuel for that one hole. If it isn't sparking try a different plug first and swap that plug onto a different wire to see if the problem is gap/fouling or with the wires/cap/rotor.
Be systematic. Each test you do should prove something to you.
Swap fuel lines (swap locations on the distributor)
Swap plugs/wires (be sure not to mess up the order)
