Airbag Light Always On
My Airbag light is always on. I read through some of the threads and most of them say to reset the computer. Can this only be done at an Audi dealer? How much does it cost?

If the light is constantly on then you most likely have a problem with the clockspring in the steering column (approx $350.00 for the part plus installation cost).
If the light is on longer than normal then you you a error code in your airbag computer which can be reset only with a VAG-COM tool. The error code is usually generated due to a loss in voltage.
The airbag is non functional as long as the light is on.
