any cheaper alternatives for exhaust system????
i'm gettin ready to rs2 my 20v turbo and i want an exhaust but now way in hell i'm payin 1400 for a system.
has anyone just bought some mufflers high flow cats or resonators and just taken that to a muffler shop and have them make the tubes for them.
i know that's a lot cheaper and would have the same affect as those expensive systems.

alright i think this has been covered too many times... search the forums! but to say the same thing
my exhaust is a 3" downpipe back with a high flow cat and muffler no resonators. many people will say that you have to fight to hear your music, mine is surprisingly quiet inside the car but my friends say it's otherwise outside the car, but they said it sounds good. I'm happy with my system, the piping, plus the high flow cat and muffler came to like 400 bux with labor. i just brought it to a genarl custom exhaust place in the area and thold them what i wanted... good luck
