I'm looking for someone (in Arlington VA would be great) that I could call for maybe a few questions a month about my 87 Audi 5000S. I prefer to work on my Audi myself but due to a new job, time is a factor. For that reason, something's are better left to the dealer/garage and others can wait until a trip home for my dad to repair it in his garage. I would need some assistance in determining (based on the symptoms) the probable problem and estimated fix time. Knowing both would allow me to make an educated decision on whether the repair is something that can wait, too time consuming for me to do, or just too complicated.

I've worked on Audis (my own) for 10-15 yrs. My wife still drives an 86 5000S, which is very similar to yours and has experienced all the typical audi problems over the last 10 yrs.
