I've found it a usefull size, especially in winter on or roads. Potholes and railroad tracks...right over, meh. Ride and handling are great, this car is an automatic anyway. PO had 195/65 Falkens, big difference. I used the 205/65s before on my MiL's A6 Avant before and...I just like the size. My Kumho ASX were like $70 and they are working nicely, they remind me of the Dunlop SP A2s. I have them on my RSX too. I'll post a pic if anyone wants, they fill the wheel well...well.

I'll have to keep it in mind for my V8. Either that or 225/60's.
As I learned with my 944, 215/60's are just too rare of a size to find good tires in.

I have the TRZs on my CRV (full size over at 215/70-15) and they are really great in rain. Conti Extreme speaks for itself, incredible in snow and G-009 has good handling. Sometimes I choose tires with the opposite character of the car itself. Soft good riding on a performance car to tame it or sporty tire on a not-so-sporty car, like the 100 auto. I consider the ASX a good all-around compramise and price is really good.

Yep,
Ran these on my old 5000cs and 200 10V. Little taller but used to commute 160+ daily, taller was better. Last couple of years i've been using Yokos. Very little weight to balance, quiet, ride nice, wear good, and pretty inexpensive! Also pretty decent in the snow. Last set i installed was the Yoko H4s (200 20V, 215 60's). Little noiser than the TRZ's but that's the price of increased handling

It's hard to understand why people buy crap tires from their cars, esp Euro cars that have good suspensions. Tires like we mentioned were only a dream when the 100 was designed. For the few dollars more or even less in some instances, how could someone NOT want to shop for a good modern tire? "Uhh, I'll take the RE92 or MXV"...NOT! Generic tires? lol. fwiw, I have to re-mention Conti Extremes as incredible, probally will go back to them in 205/55-16 for the RSX next year. I think they come in 205/65-15s too. Dunlop SP5000s are nice too.
