Anyone ever heard of a 'A8 rotor + Boxter caliper' front-brake upgrade for Type44's?

Anyone ever heard of a 'A8 rotor + Boxter caliper' front-brake upgrade for Type44's?
... the UFO's on my recently-aquired 20v are shot, and I figure I might as well perform the retrofit [to conventional brakes, along w/older-style struts] using the best method available... (After all, these *are* brakes we're talking about here!)

I've got Boxster S calipers with A8 rotors. They rock. Great pedal feel and modulation at the limits.
