Need some servicing done, 120K service, new power steering pump, etc. These cars are precious and not just anyone can do this stuff. The dealerships are good but they are extremely expensive and the closest one is about 45 minutes away.

the red pill

I got my steering pump/rack replaced at auburn foreign car on auburn way and they did a good job. They are a bit on the expensive side but their customer service was very good. I was going to go back to them when my secondary water pump blew out last week but then I realized how easy it was to replace and decided it'd be foolish to pay $70/hr to replace the thing.

and they seemed more than partial to Type44's (I used to order salvage parts from them for my avant, back in '94, and they always took care of me... though they'd sometimes have a problem shipping out when they said they would)...
