So, to Clarify, you used the 314x30 ventilated disc of an Audi Allroad, and then the caliper came from what? Later model S-line cars, right? Like the B5 chassis?

I thought I made it clear....I MADE IT!!!
IT did not come from any car...I MADE IT!!!
It was based off the Audi S4 S6 HP2 but I redesigned it and had it contructed to adapt the 100/200 suspension arm.

Clear as a bell, now. I just wasn't sure at first if you had CNC'd it or if you had taken one and modified it somehow.
I don't see why nobody would be interested in a caliper like this without the need of brackets or anything, it seems like an amazing idea, and the use of a common pad and a decent rotor makes it nice, too.
What material are your Calipers?

........... I was... and few more guys, but Paul canceled this project...... so.... I found, that this is not a big loss, because these HP2 brakes are not so good in braking, like I would want :-)
And at the moment I'm busy with modification of brakes on original V8 (S4, 200TQ) struts. And basically that modification is done, but not by me :-)) I'm doing just copy-paste :-))
And of course the main thing in this project is adapter, on which will come Brembo caliper from facelift S8 for 345 mm brake disc. No modifications on strut, just You need to replace the hub, I mean to use the rear one from the same V8.

performed well during two Audiclub DEs. I'd research caliper options if someone would send me a 91 200 upright.
