Was this one of the "trainer" engines that was never run, only sat on an engine stand and used to identify external components? I know there was a 12v like that for sale, on the same blue stand.
If that is the case, should be pretty decent assuming it is moisture free, and was kept oiled somehow.

Last I talked to the guy this was the figure he gave me, let me know if there is any interst... Shipping usually runs around $300 but costs may vary depending on where you are located...
