Default Boerge, check this, regarding the #4 fuse

This might help you with your problem.
I had a mysterious problem in my 89 200 TQ with the #4 fuse blowing at random. After checking the wiring diagam in BENTLEY I saw that fuse #4 also supplies power to the trunk light. When I pulled the light I saw that someone had reversed the power lead with the ground lead. What was happening is that now the hot lead was plugged into the spade lug that is part of the strip of metal that ran to the far side of the bulb. This meant that the hot side was sporadically touching the body of the car. If you look at the trunk lamp you'll see what I'm talking about. Check all your interior lamps for this reversed condition. The hot lead should be connected to the spade lug that forms the short path the bulb.
Good luck.

Default Thx..But where is the time delay relay located?

Thanks for help, I will check, but my car was fine, until the Audi gods hit me.
Nothing was touched or anything, and I just pull the no.4 fuse because then I don't loose battery power at night.
I suspect the time delay relay, as the interior lights stay on forever, after everything has been locked up, and I have lights in the window control panel and can also operate the windows after shutdown.
Where is the time delay relay located, and does anyone have one for sale?

Regards Boerge
