Not without using some type of small amplifer. The bose haed unit has only low level output, not a amplifed one that is capabile of powering speakers.
also you can not replace the bose speakers and use the bose amp. The bose speakers are custom designed for their amps (1 ohm load) compared to the 4 ohm load of a standard speaker.
Well to be specific you <i><b>could</b></i>. but the speakers would be 3x quieter than the front.

The rears are standard 6x9....
Just about any brand bolts to the adapters Bose uses. You need to run speaker wire, but the short answer is Yes.
