NO. TURBO ENGINES HAVE OIL SPRAYERS FOR PISTONS SOME OF 10V TURBOS HAVE LARGER WRIST PINS ,PISTONS IN TURBO ARE FORGED LOWER COMPRESSION,BLOCK HAS OIL RETURN PASSAGE DRILLED,.10V TURBO ENGINES ARE CHEAP AND EASY TO FIND ,20V MUCH MORE RARE AND EXPENSIVE, HOWEVER, IT IS MUCH BETTER TO START WITH A TURBO IF YOU WANT A TURBO WHEN YOUR DONE.

iirc the turbo crank and rods are also forged and stronger.
