I gotta address this issue soon...

I am getting 1.5 boost, and the car stumbles, I thought it was something else, but it has done it a few times in the last few days and I was astute enough to watch the boost.

When it hit 1.5 is when it stumbled, what do I need to look for again, koop, I know you must have told me before, but , induldge me and tell me again.

I had at first thought it was fuel related, but watching the boost and realizing it was doing it when it hit 1.5 boost, I realized it was boost related.

I guess what I need to know is, what is causing it to overboost?

and of course, how do I fix it?

any input makes #5 very happy...hehehe

OVERBOOST PROBLEMS (BOOST TOO HIGH)

Check Lower Waste Gate Hose from Intake Manifold for leaks/restrictions

Check Vacuum/Boost Hose from Intake Manifold to Engine Control Unit (ECU) for leaks

Check Waste Gate Diaphragm for Leaks

Check Waste Gate Valve for sticking or restricted movement

Check Waste Gate and Waste Gate Solenoid Hose connections for incorrect routing

Check operation of the Waste Gate Solenoid

I printed that out and read it, maybe tomorrow I will be able to make some sense out of it...that's a lot of stuff to check man...

but, a man has to do what a man has to do...in order to keep his baby happy...

as my ladies son once said..."when my car ain't happy, I ain't happy" need I say more...
