Only the 200 Trans Am and 200, er 5000tq, Talladega models are worth the investment of ceramic/ceramic front brakes. Those "kits" are $5-25k depending on condition (used hard to new). Then, you'd have to manufacture mounting hardware and rotor hats to work with the Audi suspension and wheel bearing housing. Not to mention, most of those kits require at least an 18" wheel, which just wouldn't work well on a FWD 100.
If you want better brakes, get better pads and fluid, and DOT approved stainless sheathed lines. Granted, the 100 didn't have very stellar calipers and rotors from the factory, but you can get factory solutions for larger brakes and calipers. Girling G60 dual piston calipers from turbo models, or the 20v CQ and 12v 90/Cabrio, and rotors from the CQ or 90 will give you an 11x1" brake setup that is MORE than adequate for your car.
If you must go bigger (or just lighter), RPI has a Wilwood caliper based kit for the 11x1" factory rotor. Or, there are a few 12" kits that use Brembo/Porsche calipers but require either 16" or 17" wheels, depending on wheel design and construction. The 12" setups (or larger) will be very much overkill for your 100.

Unless you are doing track racing stay with the ones cuatrokoop suggested. The ceramics have to have to be really heated up to work properly.
