Car is 1989 200 quattro,i had oil pan and gasket replaced last summer. There have been some small coolant leaks on oil pan gasket but they would only last day or two and then no leaks for couple of weeks.Leak got really bad for last 3 days,it's been very cold since with temperatures -30 to -20F,loosing about 1-2oz a day.Eveything else seems normal, car is running fine.I don't see any coolant leaking from lines, hoses or water pump(also replaced last summer).I am hoping that leak will stop with warmer weather.Any suggestions?

Depends upon why/how it's leaking (like past the seal with the engine or through the shaft seal). If it's the pump leaking through its internal sealing, then you got a bad one. If it's leaking past its seal against the block, that could result from a pitted block or improper installation technique. It's easy to damage the seal during the timing belt adjustment process if not done carefully. Or, you just could have loose fasteners???
