Re: I thought there were a couple screws in the fender area as well?
I can't remember any for the fender, just the slide in connectors. Are you thinking about the screws for the air dam under the bumper?

Either that or I'm getting my Audi's confused (I just recently pulled the nose off the Coupe for the swap...).
