Cylinder Head Bolt Torque and Order for Audi 200
I have a 10v audi 200 I'm replacing the head gasket on. Can anyone tell me what the proper torque for the head bolts is and the torque order?

Re: Cylinder Head Bolt Torque and Order for Audi 200
Mr. Bentley says tighten in three steps. Step 1 is 29 ft lb, step 2 is 60, step three is another 180 degrees of turn without stopping.
The sequence is start at the third bolt from the back of the engine on the passenger side. No. 2 is the fourth from the back on driver side, No 3 is across from No. 2, No. 4 is across from No. 1, No. 5 is the next one forward from No. 3, No. 6 is the second bolt from the rear on Driver Side, No. 7 is across from N. 6, No. 8 is across from No. 5, No. 9 is the front passenger side, No. 10 is the rear driver side, No. 11 is across from No. 10 and the last one is the driver side at the front.
