You mean the finish shows crazing or is actually cracked and peeling?
What is a "dash kit"?
Wood trim bits occasionally come up on the Audifans.com marketplace and other classifieds, or you could try recyclers like Force5automotive.com

Dash Kit
The pieces are cracked and broken. I thought of using a carbon fiber fabric wrap. There are several manuf. that make kits that use a material to cover dash pieces.
