Had to open up my driver side door today 'cause the stupid little wire from the inside door handle to the latch broke....

so now that I have this thing open, any suggestions on maintanance I should do in there? I read about lubing the window tracks - I only see one in the middle of the door, is there more?

any other suggestions for preventative maintanace while I am in here?

You should see cables, you may find small openings where you can lube up the cables, also lube the tracks. Use oil or liquid wrench. Also make sure the open/close/lock mechanism looks good and perhaps oil up all of that too. Make sure the nylon snaps are in correctly.
