As in, how do I..??

I got the interior panel off, unhooked the linkages, pulled the screw from inside holding it together...

The outside cover is loose, but looks to be held on somehow still by the lock cylinder. I pulled off the lock clip on that inside the door, so based on the pdf manual it should all just pull right off.. Not happening.

I have a broken link arm on the cylinder so the key turns all day and does nothing, I have to lock/unlock from the passenger door.

Just need to know what I'm missing with seperating the handle assy from the door...??

I need part 17 in the lower half, any ideas?

wait, do I see a keyless remote in that diagram? Did any of the v8Q years come with remote keyless entry?
