Default Engine head identification

I bought a motor for my Urquattro which has a WX block, but has a hydraulic lifter head. The casting number is: 035-103-373AB. It also has the fitting (top far right in photo) that my old WX didn't. Just to satisfy my curiosity, what engine code would this head correspond to?

Thanks,

Default What's the oil and water passages look like on that head?

There is one key difference, the newer heads have an irregularly shaped passage, and cannot be used on the older blocks (they'd leak).

I don't know, because the motor was rebuilt before I got it, and I am not planning on separating the head from the block (if it ain't broke, don't fix it), but I thought all MC's had the straight -373 casting instead of -373AB. Also, there is a manufacture date on it, and it looks like it says 12/3/84 just above the #5 spark plug, but it's kinda hard to read.
