I am having the o2 sensor replaced on wednesday. How important is the knock sensor? I will have that done next when I get the $$$$

Fairly important. There are two knock sensors, they "listen" for irregularaities, and redard timing as deemed necessary by the ECU.

When the knock sensor is inoperative, if you have bad fuel or something else happening the ECU cannot correct it. (as it doesn't know there is something wrong).

I have a hard time believing all those sensors completely 100% failed at the same time...
