It sits up by the fuel filter, and seems to buzz like crazy when the car is idling. (no idea what it sounds like with more fuel draw, like when driving.. cant hear it)
I couldn't seem to find out what its purpose is.. pressure regulation? or?
anyone want to clue me in?

The frequency valve is like a fuel injector, not unlike the cold start valve. It is controlled by the ECU and enriches the mixture whenever the oxygen sensor sends a lean signal. I think it also plays a part in controlling the fuel pressure to the fuel distributor. It buzzes because it's working, nothing wrong there.
