fuel pump,no signal to it,please help
1989 audi 100. auto,tested new fuel pump,works fine.instal in tank, no fuel to motor,the pump is not running,tryed jumping the relay,( female side,fuse box side, still no signal to pump.nay help here, please.

my car was broken into,door locks punched out, some damage to alarm system at that point,just behind the lock cylinders. took 2 wires, at work now cannot remember the colours , put them togeather, so i could start the car,is there anyway to disarm the factory alarm system?, might this be why the car won't start? thanks

I doubt it...but I have the same problem too...3 weeks now without any fuel pressure
I've determined that the fuel relay is good as there is power there, but no power at the fuel pump...I suspect a bad wire from the fuel pump relay to the trunk...
I'm just going to wire up a new relay and mount it in the trunk...hopefully this weekend.
