Default gauge pod mounting

Howdy, curious if any of you guys with either 5000 or 200's mounted extra gauges and if so where! I stripped out a set of auxillary guages from a coupe gt and am looking to put it in my 87 5000tq any input would help, thanks in advance guys!
Also have any of you guys run across like a pillar gauge pods that would work for our cars perhaps?????

I used an Auto Meter gauge pod for my boost gauge. Works fine...

Autozone has cheap single or dual gauge a- pillar pods made by Faze. They can be manipulated by heat or blow drier to fit any car...

You're on you own mounting the 3 gauge CGT pods. I haven't seen a type44 with those installed yet. Maybe you can put them where the diff lock is and move the diff lock switch somewhere else?

I wonder if you were to switch over to the push button setup as found in the rear diffs of the B3 and b4 cars if you could then fit the 3-gauge panel down there. However, that is where the CQ has its aux gauges from the factory, and they are more often than not hidden by the shifter when in 1, 3, or 5. Not a good spot. I'll try and move mine to the top of the dash, as well as mount the "boost" gauge there too. I have some oven-bake "pre-preg" CF laying around. Not much, but just enough to make a gauge panel look nice ;-)
