i've said it before and i'll say it again...
it's hard to believe that an engine with 300K miles can take all that abuse 
By the way thanks Steve for the input on fuel pump options. I may have to swing the $200, it's really getting loud but I have a used pump in a box in the trunk just incase ;-)
