if it is anything like my 88'5ktqcd, you have to undo the trunk lock and heat up the thick sticky stuff (wear gloves, this crap is hard to remove), then put the new one on in a reverse order.

Are you asking which nuts to remove to take the lens off?
When I painted mine it was a simple enuff task to remove them.
I reused the same tacky goo that was on them when I replaced them, wasn't a problem, haven't had any problems with them to date neither.
