The right side of my audi is locked shut and I don't know how to fix it. It is an 88 5000 csq. For some reason, the rear passenger door stopped opening from the inside. then, my friend locked the passenger door and pulled out the little plastic locking tab. So, at this point, I cannot open any of the passenger side doors from either the outside or the inside. I had disconnected the passenger side locking mechanism (from the outside) as I was waiting for a part. Does anyone have any suggestions aside from telling my friends that my car now resembles the Dukes of Hazard?

Replace the pull/push rods and any joint/pivot pieces in the door.

You may be able to "slim jim" the door from the outside?
