This has to do with the vibration I am getting through the clutch pedal when I push it in at 3000rpm's or higher. If the vibration is coming from the throwout bearing, How would I be feeling it? What I mean is:
The vibration would have to travel through the hydraulic line for me to be able to feel it right? That sounds unlikely to me?
If this were I mechanical linkage clutch system I could see that, but it's not.
Am I thinking in the right direction?
Thanks,
Adam.

T-O bearings rattle when going bad, not vibrate IIRC (doesn't mean they can't, but I've only heard them rattle).
Where is it felt more, towards the fully engaged side, or the fully disengaged side of the travel?

It's pretty much halfway to fully extended on the travel. It goes away quick since the rpms drop fast between shifting. I did a test the other day:
clutch in, revved the engine, Vibration comes on after about 3000 rpms. I am thinking maybe the vibration is coming through the mounting bracket for the clutch? But that still does'nt explain what it could be from?
???????
Thanks,
Adam.

First inch or so of pedal travel, no vibration.
It seems like once the TO engages the pressure plate fingers, you start feeling the vibration.
:-\
Perhaps an poorly balanced pressure plate or bent finger??

Well I just put a new sport clutch in. I made sure to check over everything before installation, and I torqued to spec. I cant figure out what it could be? It was'nt like this before with th old clutch?
hmmmm?

BTDT before the clutch went out on my 5ktq.
And when the TO bearing finally went into the 'I want to destroy myself and everything around me' mode, it feels like a miniature jackhammer coming through the pedal. And yes, it goes away completely when the pedal is relaeased, but once you get about 1/3 the way down you feel it through your foot quite distinctly.
My question is: you got the sport clutch, but did you check to see what TO bearing is supposed to be used with the sport clutch? Did you happen to mock it up before you installed it (bad story with me: '72 510, transplanted an 1800cc engine into it, got it all bolted together, pressed the clutch and pedal went to the floor. I mistakenly used the 1600cc throwout bering with the 1800cc engine and the clutch fingers would not mate correctly).
Hope you dont have to drop the tranny to see...

It's the bearing that came with the kit? I matched it up with the old one before installation, they are identical.
Thanks,
Adam

I snapped the ears off the throw out bearing. causing the fork to grind on the pressure plate. It made a terrible noise when I pushed in the pedal but I don't recall any vibration.
