Well I still havent started work on the audi. she's been sitting for a month now (needs fuel pump). I've been too busy with the maverick. I honestly think those cars are jeleous of each other. well my dad gave me an offer today that is hard to refuse. He said sell the audi and I'll give you the pathfinder. now this pathfinder is still worth $12,000. but it's not a stick and its not an audi. but its very reliable. and it has plenty of power. I dont want to let my baby go but I cant afford working on two cars anymore
I love my audi but I must think practical.
so if you guys have any advise or want any info on my car let me know.

I changed mine in my 200q during 30*F Xmas weekend.
And I thought it was an easy Audi job.
So, don't dispair.
I say, keep the Audi, and take the Pathfinder.

I think your insurance company is nuts.
I can't believe they paid you $3,500 for that quattro...
Don't get me wrong, I think it's great you didn't get screwed, but I'm really suprised at how much they thought it was worth...

I'm sure part of it was what the odometer read...It was the other guys insurance that paid for the car, not ours
Anyway, they had originally said 2500 or so and we couldn't buy the car back. Dad was like no way thats gonna fly. He started showing the ins. people what it would take to get a newer car comparable to the old 5kq. Then it came up to 3k and still no buying the car back. Then finally 3500 and we could buy it back. The buy back was initially $400, but that was talked down to $200 as we weren't sure if there was (heavy) frame damage or not. Score
