Installed a new MM hose....
and that fixed my problem. Now she's running like new again. Smooth and happy and doesn't smell like a 1968 automobile any more. It's amazing how f*&$#%!ked up that hose can make your car run when it goes bad. The old one was original, I went with another OEM replacement. The old one didn't have much oil pooled up inside it so I guess that's a good sign, it had some but not as much as I've read about some folks getting. On to the next problem.
