Interior Light Delay Controller

I have an '87 5000S Quattro (2.3L non-turbo). Does anyone know where the interior light delay controller is located? All the switches seem to be fine but the lights won't turn off when the doors are shut.

I think it is a blue relay, roughly 2x as long as a standard relay, under the dash in the aux. relay panel.
