It has a bad shake when you get on the gas hard at all, does it when you downshift as well, something just feels loose in the driveline. Other ideas as to what should be replaced?

Default Maybe see what the hanger bearing is up to..?

The rubber around the hanger bearing can get a bit tired..

To replace?
as mentioned, Check out all the rubber mount bits:
Motor mounts , trans mounts & rear diff mounts.

If the car is new to you, make sure that the mounts have all the big washers that go against the rubber mounts installed the right way.

I had a car that had them on wrong.
It had BIG driveline slop, and the rear diff could move so far that it squished the (copper!) fuel line.. Put the cupped washer on the right side of the diff mount, and almost no more driveline slop. (Replaced the piece of copper pipe too!)
