hard to a disagree with those findings..but the oils main perpose is so it is reusable..but the trade offs are quite displayed...the more filted the more hp and responsiveness you lose....but it is beter to know ...i think i will use one that is right in the middle...thanks for the info.

Default i've been running a k&n just fine.... my secret

the k&n flows so much air it creates turbulence inside the MAF so it'll make the car seem to hit a cutout. to fix that, add about 6 inches of piping ahead of the MAF. no more problems.
