Lets talk fuel mileage
I surely did not do my motor swap for better mileage, thats for sure. But, what do you all get for fuel economy on the MC motor? I think either my fuel sender is crap or my fuel gauge is funky. When I fill her up it only goes to the 3/4s full mark. Im at a half tank now and Ive only traveled 112 miles.

That's 112 mile son 1/4 tank. 448 miles on the whole tank. How big is your tank?
On my 80L tank all I get is about 700kms so that seems about right. I thought the V8 would be similar to a high boosting turbo... It's not. the V8 is much heavier on fuel.

your sender is fubared
or your guage is out of adjustment. mine did that and it was where the pump had been pulled and not installed correctly and the sender lever was hitting the fuel line.

Where is the 5k sender at?
On our 4k's its at the top of the tank. The gas gauge is at maximum adjustment! I hate those things, they never read all the way full.
