lubricate blower motor?

OK so I finally dremeled the blower motor out of my 200 20v.
The brushes are still the full length of the tower because I replaced the motor in 2007. It hasn't seen alot of use because my AC clutch died and I haven't bothered to address that.
The blower motor has some resistance to it as I can not spin it freely. Is there a guide to lubricating the blower motor somewhere? I'm only getting 8v to the motor on high and I'm not sure if that's normal but it seems like the motor doesn't have enough power to overcome the rotational resistance and I either don't get the blower to spin or it never reaches high speed.
I really don't want to spend money on a new blower motor right now.

Are you sure you're not feeling the natural resistance of an electric motor? Does it feel notchy? If so it's probably the normal stator/armature relationship. Would seem odd for a new motor to crap out. The fact you're only getting 8v is most likely the culprit and that you'd need to track down via Bentley, sorry no BTDT

I think the bearing on the shaft is sealed. I don't think you can lube it to make it spin easier.
I also agree you should have 12 volts of so if your HVAC head setting is for high blower speed.
