Default MAC11 reverse engineering

anyone else interested in making a schematic of a mac11?

im going to start working on it soon, hopefully..

also...ISV circuit is functioning.. hunts a bit though, needs some tweaking. the small revision that fits in the case of the existing ISV controller should be rolling within a few days here...

Default I'm interested... but lets see what we can find in AudiFans.

I had a quick look earlier but didn't come up with anything.

I can take care of a new PCB layout and manufacture once we get the design sorted. I have noticed that some of the output drive transistors are NLA. I'm sure we can source newer, more robust parts anyway.

I've been thinking about this for a while. building one as an OEM replacement with Flash and firewire/USB (or even better BlueTooth or B/G). The new Xilinx parts will probably translate and load the old code and allow the remainder jellybean parts to remain the same reducing engineering time. I bet they have a core ready to load so the software translation can get dumpped in there right along with it. So many ways to achieve the same end...

LMK.
